We know how important 3D scanning is for our clients as a key stage in the product design process. That’s why we offer professional 3D scanning services both on-site — at our headquarters (23 Instalatorów Street, formerly 9, in Warsaw) — and at the client’s location. We primarily use industrial-grade devices operating with structured light technology, which allows us to achieve a standard measurement accuracy of below 0.05 mm per 100 mm in a single scan. For large-scale components, individual point clouds are seamlessly merged into a complete model. Thanks to the use of special positioning markers, dimensional accuracy is fully maintained. In response to the growing demand for even higher precision, we have also introduced laser-based 3D scanning into our service portfolio.
Umożliwi to naszym inżynierom dokładne oszacowanie kosztu usługi oraz czasu jej realizacji.
If the scanned part is to be produced by subtractive machining or injection molding, you’ll need an editable 3D model—for example, in a universal format such as .STEP, .IGES (.igs), or .SAT. A file prepared this way can be edited in any CAD system using standard operations—e.g., extrude, cut-extrude, sweep or sweep-cut along a path. Other edits such as split, scale, moving/offsetting surfaces, and many more are also possible. At this stage our engineers can modify the geometry to your specifications, sketches, or technical drawings.
After you fill out the form, one of our team members will contact you to provide a quote.
Every artistic project requires an individual approach. That is why we also introduced scanning services tailored to the needs of creators and institutions. On a daily basis, we perform scans of both precise mechanical parts and digital 3D scanning of sculptures and museum exhibits. The scanning process for the manufacturing industry or aerospace sector is completely different from that used for artistic projects. Therefore, already at the initial consultation stage, we analyze the required measurement accuracy, the desired file format, and the budget allocated for the project. We offer comprehensive support—from technical consulting, through the 3D scanning process itself, to the final production of the object.
