Our production operates 24 hours a day, including weekends. Understanding and adapting to our clients’ needs, we have introduced “next business day” 3D printing services. When turnaround time is the most critical factor, we typically use FDM or SLA printing. To optimize print speed in both technologies, layer thickness is increased — up to 200 microns for SLA and even up to 400 microns for FDM. Of course, increasing the layer thickness is done only after consultation with the client. Parts printed this way may lose some surface smoothness and aesthetic quality, but they can be produced up to five times faster compared to our standard quality.
To meet our clients’ needs, we offer free pickup of 3D printed models at our company branch in Warsaw. After arranging a pickup time, you are welcome to visit us at our office located at Instalatorów 23, in the Włochy district of Warsaw.
It is also possible to send printed parts by courier for a fee of 25 PLN net or via parcel locker for 20 PLN net. All shipped 3D prints are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with protective fillers inside the boxes. Each package is additionally wrapped with stretch film for extra protection. If the package arrives with damaged packaging, please check the contents in the presence of the courier. In such cases, the estimated lead time is simply the total machine operation time divided by the number of machines assigned to your order. However, if we are producing a large-format 3D printed part (without dividing it into smaller sections), we provide a longer lead time to account for the possibility of machine failure during printing.
