After submitting your files through the available form, one of our engineers will provide you with an offer — usually within 24 hours.
Once the pricing and lead time are approved and the order is confirmed, we begin production of the requested parts.
We make every effort to ensure that parts falling outside dimensional tolerances do not reach our clients.
After production is completed, the parts are securely packaged and shipped to the client via courier or parcel locker.
PROTOPLASTIC is a dynamically growing company founded by engineers and enthusiasts. Our mission is to provide comprehensive services during the early stages of product development. Thanks to our experience, we can support you as early as the concept phase!
As a design office, we offer a wide range of services — from product design and promotional material creation to low-volume production, 3D printing and CNC milling. Despite our broad service portfolio, 3D printing remains our core specialty — it’s where we place the greatest emphasis on quality and turnaround time.
We operate one of the largest machine parks in Poland. This allows us to handle urgent, small-scale orders “for yesterday” as well as high-volume production of plastic parts — all with short lead times and the highest quality standards.

Each 3D printing technology we use has brought new capabilities. For example, CJP technology enables us to produce full-color 3D prints on demand, while DLP allows for the creation of highly detailed orthodontic models — including casting molds for bridges and crowns, as well as thermoforming templates.
By combining SLA technology with high-temperature-resistant resins, we also deliver 3D-printed inserts for steel injection molds, as well as master patterns for silicone molds — commonly used in vacuum casting processes.
Recently, our low-volume production of plastic parts using FFF technology has gained the most popularity, as it is significantly more cost-effective than injection molding for small-sized components and quantities below several thousand units.
We are currently finalizing the implementation of short-run production using SLA technology. This method allows us to produce parts with exceptionally smooth surface finishes.
