Our 3D prints

Explore our projects, from prototype prints made with popular materials to specialized applications using fiber-reinforced plastics. Our 3D printing projects include both single parts and short production runs. We work with various 3D printing technologies, selecting materials and parameters to meet project requirements. Each print is produced with functionality, durability, and the required level of precision in mind. We also provide technical consulting services.

Commemorative coin

Printed using FDM technology, sanded and painted. 70 cm wide.

Components for the energy industry

Components made from high-temperature-resistant resin (230°C). Series production.

3D-printed scale model of the Škoda Karoq. 60 cm in length. Sanded and painted.

Statuette – painted

Model printed using SLA technology. Spray-painted in a selected color from the RAL palette. Height: 190 mm.

Extruded profiles

FDM 3D print intended for assembly. Prototype made for our client prior to tooling production.

Mock-up

Mock-up / scale model intended to present a concept. 28 cm wide.

Bottle prototypes

3D-printed bottle prototypes. Unpainted and unprocessed. Height approx. 170 mm.

Packaging prototype

3D prints of the packaging. The print was intended to verify the geometry before producing tooling for mass production.

Bending mold

Part manufactured using SLS technology. Dip-dyed. Solid component, length 160 mm.

Bottle prototype

Thin-walled 3D print made from resin. Used for testing prior to tooling for mass production.

Injection mold

Low-pressure injection mold. Made from PET-PTFE plastic using FDM technology with a 0.09 mm layer height. Size: 300 mm along the longest axis.

Large-format component

Foundry pattern made from ABS. Dimension: 460 mm along the longest axis.

Prototype

A complete set of prints produced using SLS technology, dip-dyed.

Train scale model

Resin 3D print with a 0.025 mm layer height. Fragment of a train scale model.

Prototype parts

A set of enclosures produced to verify assembly fit prior to mass production.

SLA 3D print. Sandblasted, polished, and painted. Diameter: 250 mm.

Gasket prototypes

Prototype 3D prints made from resin with a Shore hardness of 55A. Laser light curing technology – stereolithography.

Wheel rim

Part printed using SLS technology from PA2200 material. Dip-dyed.

Prototype profiles

Extruded profiles with a length of 330 mm. Printed using FDM technology from prototype PLA Impact material.

Series production

High-temperature-resistant components. Printed from PC-ABS material. Length: 160 mm along the longest axis.

Polyamide components

Low-volume production of durable bushings. Parts for agricultural machinery. Material: PA12 polyamide (nylon), FDM technology.

Reducer

Part made from high-temperature-resistant PC-ABS plastic (110°C). FDM technology. Height: 220 mm.

Bracket

3D print made from polyamide (nylon) using SLS technology. Close-up image showing surface quality. Longest dimension: 52 mm.

Enclosure

Components made from PA12 nylon. SLS technology. Dyed.

Casting masters

Casting masters made from ABS plastic. Printed at a very low layer height to minimize surface roughness. Height of the larger part: 225 mm.

Mass-produced components

FDM 3D printing. Machine parts manufactured according to the client’s design.

Large-scale components

Prototype components produced using FDM technology. Height of the larger element: 480 mm.

Sculpture

Sculpture generated using AI. Approximate size: 500 mm.

Demonstration mock-up

A mock-up consisting of several dozen components. The print was completed for our client within 3 working days. The mock-up was produced using three different technologies.

Promotional keychains

Keychains manufactured according to our client’s design using FDM technology.

Mask

Prop, “Oni mask” printed in an economical version. Material: ABS-PC, FDM technology.

Rubber components made from TPU

Highly flexible components made from TPU. Produced using SLS technology.

Thin-walled cover

Component with a wall thickness of approx. 1.2 mm. Produced using SLS technology, dip-dyed.

Transparent tool

Component produced using SLA technology from clear resin. Polished to achieve optical transparency. Additionally, hydraulic fittings were embedded.

Prototype

Components produced using FDM technology with soluble support material. The requirement was high surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Realized 3D scans

We present a wide range of 3D scans we have completed, from precise metrological scans to large-scale projects. We carry out 3D scanning projects with a focus on further design, quality control, and reverse engineering. We select the scanning technology based on the geometry and intended use of the component, ensuring high accuracy and measurement repeatability. The scanned models can serve as a basis for further design or production work, depending on the specifications provided.

Steering wheel

Scan performed using a stationary structured light scanner. Accuracy: <0.05 mm.

Figurine

Scan in working quality, performed with a handheld device operating in the visible light spectrum.

Injection molded part

Scan and reverse engineering to reproduce a part.

Surfboard

Scan performed with a handheld laser scanner. Subsequently used for CNC milling.

Key

Scan performed using a precise stationary scanner with a rotary table. Accuracy: <0.1 mm.

Silicone cast

3D scan of a silicone cast of internal channels. Performed to carry out reverse engineering of the part.

Machine part

3D scan of a damaged component to reproduce a spare part.

Paint tray

Scan of a thin-walled component. Target file format: triangular mesh in .stl for further editing.

Blow molding tool

Precise 3D scan of a worn blow mold. The service, along with reverse engineering, was carried out to produce new molds.

Casting mold tool

Precise scan of a casting mold to produce a copy. Length of the component: 2400 mm.

Radiator

Skan w zgrubnej jakości niedostępnego radiatora do maszyny. Na jego podstawie został zaprojektowany nowy model. Wraz z optymalizacją pod frezowanie CNC. Dodatkowo wykonano symulacje odprowadzania ciepła i zoptymalizowano kształt kanałów.

Wheel rim

Scan and reverse engineering of a steel wheel rim. The resulting file was used as input for a CNC lathe.

Machine part

Component scanned with a handheld device. Height: 1300 mm. Expected scan accuracy: ±0.3 mm.

Cookie production roller

A 3D scan and reverse engineering were performed to produce an identical tool.
